GASP! What is THIS!? A DOUBLE FEATURE!? Is that even possible? It's at this point that I answer with a resounding YES! Along with this comes some news: The month of July will not have any new issues, but will have song commentary by myself and Mr. Ruppenthal that we feels best describes the main characters. This will happen occasionally as we introduce new characters to the main cast list. With that, enjoy our issues 4 and 5 double feature!

(Ben looks on
as the Vulture flies off with Connor)
Ben: “DAMMIT
KID!”
(Ben runs into another alley, holding his ribs, and changes into the Scarlet Spider as quickly as possible, Ben climbs up the wall fast, too fast for his ribs to handle)
Ben: “Damn it! That’s the ribs; enhanced healing my ASS!”

Ben: “Damn it! That’s the ribs; enhanced healing my ASS!”
(He reaches the
top as Vulture is almost a speck in the sky. He swings as fast as possible
trying to use the buzzing of the spider tracer to his advantage)
Above the New York
Vulture: "Now it's MY turn to bring the heat!"
Connor: "’Bring the heat’!? I never said anything REMOTELY like that!"
(Connor throws his legs back while head butting the Vulture, who drops Connor)
Connor: "OH CRAP!!"

(Ben swings under Vulture catching Connor
hard in his diaphragm)
Ben: “OW!”
(Connor falls on
top of Ben, causing him more pain)
Ben: "AH!"
Connor: "Sorry, get me on top of that building so I can fight back!"
Ben: "Spin a damn web and get there yourself!"
Connor: "I CAN'T SPIN WEBS!"
Ben: "WHAT! What the hell happened to 'does whatever a spider can'!?"
Connor: "It… it died down after a few generations!"
Ben: "AH!"
Connor: "Sorry, get me on top of that building so I can fight back!"
Ben: "Spin a damn web and get there yourself!"
Connor: "I CAN'T SPIN WEBS!"
Ben: "WHAT! What the hell happened to 'does whatever a spider can'!?"
Connor: "It… it died down after a few generations!"
(Ben flings Connor
on the building and kicks Vulture in the wing)
Ben: “Died down... Oi vey…”

(to Vulture):
"Are you seriously going to wear that TODAY? You should fly home and
change your suit THIS INSTANT!"
Vulture: "Bite me!"
(Vulture sends out more 'feathers' and discharges electricity through them, electrocuting Ben in the process)
Ben: "GAH!"
(Internal) "My SECOND confrontation with my first super villain, and I'm LOSING!?"
Vulture: "Bite me!"

Connor (to Ben):
“Nice job SUPER HERO!”
Connor:
"Lets see how us 'common folk' handle"
(Connor leaps into the air and uses Ben as a springboard to grab onto the Vulture and ram one of the electrified 'feathers' into his flight harness)
Vulture: "GAH! DAMN YOU!"

(Vulture shakes
Connor off and begins to fly away, towards his warehouse hideout)
Adjoining Rooftop, 6:33 AM
Ben: "What
the HELL was THAT!"
Connor: "What?"
Ben: "You used me as a freaking springboard AND he's not getting away AGAIN!"
Connor: "You need me for this"
Ben: "I don't need anyone"
Connor: "The way you're holding your side says differently, and you don't have much of a choice in the matter"
Ben: "Fine, but if you get killed, it's all on you"
Connor: "What?"

(Bens side cracks as he swings up)
“OOOW!”
Connor:
"Try using your webbing as a bandage"
Ben: "I know, I've done this before!"
(Ben grabs a piece of wooden debris and makes a splint for his side)
Connor: "Are you sure that's going to work?"
Ben: "I know, I've done this before!"

GOING TO WORK!”
Connor: “Well
okay, if you're sure....Ben right?”
Ben: "This
will not become a regular habit, I swear"
Connor: "We
need to hurry up here"
(Ben finishes hastily, leaving it unsecured
and pulls the suit over the splint)
Ben: “Let's go kid!”
(Both begin to make their way
towards the Vulture’s hideout, Ben swinging, Connor leaping across the
rooftops)

swing and leap towards a seemingly abandoned warehouse on the Hudson
River pier)
Ben: "That's where the signal's coming from"

“I swear it's always an abandoned something... My dad wasn't kidding with those
bed time stories”

"How about we forget about those old ghost stories and get him already?
I'll go in from the top and--"
Ben: "If anything I'd go in from the top, but I'm not letting you go in there"
Connor: "Stop me!"
(With that, Connor leaps into the air and lands onto the warehouse roof)

Vulture (from indoors): "That damned kid! Damaged my flight stabilizer, and the wings are useless without it! However--"
(Suddenly Doc Ock's tentacles break through the floorboards and wrap around Ben)

Ben: “GAH! Miss

Vulture:
"No, on the contrary, I would have liked it better if you left me

Ben: "Ok, I give up, why is it so important that you shack up here?"

Ben: “Oh you
mean protecting people and crazy things like that?”

"I mean increase the need for cops to do increased background checks
before they go on the job! Stark Solutions made a device to search familial
relation into the past several generations!"
Ben: “Okay, and what the hell does that have
to do with anything?”
Vulture:
"My great grandfather was Adrian Toomes, the FIRST Vulture! Because of the
new emphasis on genetics, they thought I could potentially become a criminal!"
Ben: “So you
became a villain just to prove them wrong huh? That's some crazy sitcom shit
right there… Next you’re going to tell me you’re my evil half brother”
Vulture:
"I became a villain because they fired me, froze my assets and wrongly
imprisoned me thanks to my genetic makeup! I didn't even KNOW he was a villain
until they TOLD me!"
Ben: “Well
regardless, you were a naughty birdie and now you've got to go back in the cage”
Vulture:
"You're not in any position to make that decision"
Connor: "But I am!"
Connor: "But I am!"
(Connor leaps
down from the rafters and kicks Vulture in the chest)
Vulture:
"GAH, you DARE?"
Connor: "I dare"
Connor: "I dare"
Ben: (sees the
pumpkin bombs blinking) “Hey, uh, ‘Spider-Boy’.... Should those things be blinking?”
Connor:
"What things?"
(The pumpkin bombs explode and destroys the remote for the arms, causing them to drop Ben and flail uncontrollably, hitting him in the head)
Ben: "GAH!"

(Vulture
deploys Shocker's gauntlets, sending Ben into the flames and hitting a safe,
sending it into the wall and breaking the seal, disturbing the contents inside)
Vulture: "Did you know what this place was!? It’s a police storage center for super villain weaponry! Everything from the Green Goblin's glider to the Jackal's cloning equipment!"

Ben: (starting
to hyperventilate) “Cloning? What is this 1995?”
(More
explosions send a beam down from the rafters knocking the Vulture unconscious)
(Ben falls to
the ground holding his head
Connor: “Ben!?
Come on we gotta get out of here!”
Ben: "Get
Vulture! I'll get out soon!"
(Behind Ben
Jackals equipment overloads and explodes, sending Ben across the warehouse
Ben:
"GAH!"
(internal): "I finally fill-out the body suit and this is what happens? Maybe I should retire…"
(Ben gets up and webs out of the warehouse, just as the roof collapses)

Connor: “What

Ben: "Shut
up, we need to get to school"
(Ben is weak in the knees and almost falls)
(Internal): “OH NO, I will not pass out, I

(Ben swings onto
the rooftop of Midtown
High School
Ben (internal): "Figures that people see a fire and panic… Broke up three robberies on the way here… Running late…”

(As Ben walks
through the door he sees Wilson
(To same kid from the day before) Pay up!"
Ben: (No passing
out, No passing out...) “You bet on me, AGAIN?”
Ben: “Sigh, you're

(Walks to his
locker) Did anyone notice me?”
Ben: (noticing
an attractive blonde cheerleader in her uniform walking late as well)
(internal): “Will not pass out will not- Wait is there a game today? Shit! Not
passing out…) “I, um, ran into some trouble with an old friend”
Connor: "Ben!"
Ben: "Ugh, what?"
Connor: "We gotta talk"
Ben: "Later!"
(internal): "Not gonna pass out, not gonna pass--- Aw fu--*"
(Ben collapses to the floor as the cheerleader opens the door and hits him in the head)
Connor: "BEN!"
Cheerleader: "Oh shit, when he wakes up could you give him my number?"

Police Storage Warehouse 32D, 7:51 AM
(The safe that was damaged in the
ensuing fight fell through the damaged support structure into the beach below.
A cloaked man approaches the safe, rips off the door and takes the vials
labeled S-01, S-02 and FS-102, upsetting and damaging vial WB/FM/SM SEED GRAIN
sending it into the sand below… The sand begins to shift and shake and explode
into the recognizable shape of a man…)
